At Zendesk, Mr. Ingebrigtsen has contributed to the success of the organization’s North American operations. He oversees a $130 million portfolio and manages a team of 55 skilled professionals. He has also helped the company achieve significant year-over-year business growth by optimizing client engagement and expanding the company’s market share.
As vice president, Mr. Ingebrigtsen coordinated cross-functional marketing and operations teams to streamline sales execution and go-to-market strategies. He also built sales forecasting models while meeting the organization’s revenue goals.
